Finding the time to fit any class in, around family & work commitments, can be a challenge.
Here I share my 5 reasons why attending an online class is the perfect option for you and will fit into any busy schedule.
Reason 1:
Going online can be done anywhere where there is an internet connection. It may seem obvious but no traveling to a venue, that might be some way away, not only adds time but also additional cost to the day
Reason 2:
With classes delivered online, class tutors have more flexibility to offer you more class date & time options. Things like venue costs and diary clashes don’t have to be factored in. The 30 minute classes I run allow you to book a date & time that suits you, directly into my diary. I use an online scheduling tool linked to my diary called Calendly. If you’ve not heard of Calendly before, it makes managing classes (or appointments) so much easier without the back & forth of emails.
Reason 3:
Classes online are often shorter, anything from 30 minutes to half a day (with breaks – it’s a long time to sit in front of a screen). I include 30 – 90 minute classes (which are great for groups) all of which work well if you have limited time.
Reason 4:
Online software is now so advanced, class tutors can make use of all the features. Breakout rooms in Zoom are really helpful for splitting a group up to go through bits of the class or course in smaller groups. This is really beneficial in making sure you get the most from the class or course, without time being wasted.
Reason 5:
Many online classes or courses will provide you with, or give you the option to buy, the kit that is going to be used in the class. This is definitely something to consider when booking a class. Having a kit sent to you is a big time saver. It also ensures that you have the exact items you will be using. No finding you are missing a key bit just before the class starts
