1. How long does the programme last?
The programme lasts 90 days
2. What day will the weekly 60 minute call be on?
There are 3 x 60 minute Q&A calls included with your package. The calls will be held on the third Tuesday of each month at 4pm
3. What if I can’t make a monthly call, will there be a replay?
Yes, a replay will be available
4. How long will I have access to any resources provided during the programme?
You will have lifetime access to any resources provided as part of the programme. What this means is that for the duration of & once the programme ends you will be able to access any of the resources used as they currently stand. If I update the resources, you will not have access to any new content after 12 months from the start date of the programme
5. Where will the resources be stored?
For now, all resources will be stored in GDrive either as a .doc or as a spreadsheet. If you want to customise/amend any of the resources you will need to make a copy first.
6. Do I need to have lots of tech to set up the emails?
No, you can do all your emailing without using any fancy tech. If you do want to set up an email marketing platform email me, louise@louiselewis.co.uk and I can recommend someone to help you get started
7. Who is the programme suitable for?
The programme is suitable for anyone that is planning to start a gift wrapping business and isn’t sure how/where to get started. It’s also suitable if you have already launched your gift wrapping business but feel that you need extra support
8. Who is the programme not suitable for?

9. If I don’t get the results I want, can I get a refund?
No – refunds are not given. I will give you all the support and guidance to help you launch your gift wrapping business in 90 days, but ultimately it is your responsibility to implement the strategy and recommendations that I make and to take responsibility for the outcome.
