2. Where do I access the videos?
The videos will be stored on my website and you will be given instructions about how to access them in your onboarding email.
3. I didn’t get an email with the instructions about how to access the videos? What should I do?
Please email me louise@louiselewis.co.uk and I can look into it for you.
Before you do, here’s some information that might help:
- Sometimes emails go into junk folders, please check there first
- If you have unsubscribed from receiving emails we will be unable to send you any information about your purchase (email me, louise@louiselewis.co.uk if you think maybe this is the case.
- If you paid using Paypal, is your account associated with a different email address, in which case the emails will have been sent to that address.
4. How long will I have access to the videos?
You will have lifetime access to the videos. What this means is that you can access the videos on my website (or on Youtube) as they currently stand. If I update the videos, you will not have access to any new content after 12 months from your date of purchase.
5. Who are the videos suitable for?
The videos are suitable for anyone that wants a self study course or go-to reference for the basics of gift wrapping (or as a handy companion to a class).
6. Who are the videos not suitable for?
There really isn’t anyone that the video would not be suitable for whether you’re a complete beginner or quite an experienced gift wrapper.
7. I don’t want to buy the whole series of videos, can I just buy the ones I want separately?

8. What’s the difference between buying the videos and attending an in-person class?
The videos are a self study way to learn the basic gift wrapping techniques. By attending an in person class you will be able to ask me questions and get expert guidance with the techniques (plus we do cover more techniques in a class).
9. If I change my mind, can I get a refund?
No – refunds are not given. So please be sure that you want the videos before you buy.
